What do you like about our Environment? What do you like about residing in Sentosa for your postpartum recovery?
The Suite room that My Queen offers is fantastic. Prior to choosing My Queen for my postpartum recovery, my husband and I visited various postpartum care centres around Singapore, and none of the rooms at the other confinement centres can hold a candle to the Suite at My Queen. The Suite is spacious with a nice living room to entertain family and friends and has a beautiful view of lush greenery to wake up to every morning.
Being at Oasia Resort Sentosa, we enjoyed the full hotel facilities and services, including the restaurant and spa. It is also wonderful having good restaurants, a convenience store, multiple beaches, and the monorail in the vicinity of the hotel.

I would recommend residing in Sentosa for a mother’s postpartum recovery as it is a relaxing and fun staycation for the family, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
What are the interesting educational topics that you have enjoyed learning from our Sister Susan? Can you also describe Sister Susan's professionalism in handling your enquiries?
As a first-time mother, I have learnt so much from Sister Susan, a registered nurse and lactation consultant, on breastfeeding techniques, as well as feeding my newborn using a cup and syringe. She also provided many one-to-one sessions with us on caring for our newborn and shared with us tips and advice from her more than 40 years of experience in nursing. She taught us how to better understand our baby and learn his cues and attend to his needs promptly.

She conducted classes for my husband and me on bathing and changing our newborn, which were really helpful for first-time parents. She is also very professional in handling our enquires whenever we needed any help.
What do you like about our Post Natal Massage?
Nice ambience in a hotel spa setting, and the rooms are very clean. Professional masseuses with post-natal massage experience who are familiar with new mothers and they really attended to my needs, relieving my backaches and the soreness of my shoulders. The spa also provides hot tea and refreshments after the massage, and I get to enjoy it in the wellness lounge. I truly enjoyed the post-natal massages as they really helped to alleviate my aches and soreness, especially since breastfeeding is not an easy feat.
My Queen is the only centre that provides Cryo Facial Treatment. Can you describe your experience in a few words?
My Queen provided me with a complimentary Cryo Facial Treatment after every massage session. It helps with my pore reduction and skin inflammation, leaving my skin feeling refreshed.
What do you like about the photography shoot provided for you and your family before the end of your stay at My Queen?
The photo shoot provided by My Queen was excellent. The photographer was professional and flexible. He was also patient as our baby was crying during the photoshoot. He gave good suggestions on locations and poses and was also accommodating and receptive to our ideas and requests. He goes out of his way and does his best to ensure that the photos look good, and we thoroughly enjoyed the entire photoshoot experience. The photos taken during the shoot will serve as beautiful memories as we celebrate the new addition to our family.

We like the warm and loving environment at My Queen. The healthcare staff took really good care of the baby and me, which help ensure that the baby is happy and healthy and that I recover well post-delivery.

My Queen also has a beautiful and cosy nursery for the babies to reside in while the mummies (and daddies) rest and relax in the hotel room.
The daily hotel breakfast is delicious, and the confinement food for lunch and dinner really helped with my postpartum recovery. Nutritious snacks were also provided, and they were delicious.
